Showcasing the freshest seafood of the Pacific, we are the only restaurant in town to serve local craft beer and stock live oysters, prepared to your liking. The oysters we serve are 100% sustainable and come from nearby farms in the Pacific Ocean. These farms are part of a project that is being overseen by marine biologist at the National University of Costa Rica and have successfully created many jobs for locals in the surrounding areas. Flesh and water samples are sent to the lab weekly to be tested for harmful bacteria, ensuring that the oysters are safe for human consumption. The type of oysters is smaller but it is the only one which thrives in the warm waters here. They are tasty and guaranteed fresh. Please enjoy!!
